I the Moth is a short comic book based on an original poem about losing a loved one to mental illness; the poem is published in Volume 54 of the award-winning Nova Literary-Arts Magazine. The illustration style uses simple lineart and soft colors to create a whimsical and dream-like mood. Large areas of negative space and borderless panels establish a sense of vagueness and ambiguity, as if recalling a faraway memory. Objects occasionally break out of the frame, adding depth and dimension.
